Responsibilities
- Lead department in efficiency, safety, and quality operations while upholding company policies.
- Maintain all related documentation, production reporting, and all logs.
- Schedule work and production requirements for department.
- Record and control all scrap.
- Maintain running inventory of materials.
- Maintain high efficiency rate within department.
- Control all aspects of department.
- Control and monitor morale.
- Continuous improvement of department.
- Monitor customer feedback and all other key objectives.
- Support and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- Will ensure daily control items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
- Administer performance reviews.
- Support all TS Tech Indiana quality requirements.
- All other duties as assigned.
