We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Logistics Expert to join our team in Visp. As a Production Logistics Expert, you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials within our GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Acting as a key link between warehouse operations and production, you ensure that materials are stored, prepared, transferred, and documented accurately and on time, enabling uninterrupted manufacturing.

You manage material logistics within the cleanroom area, including Kanban replenishment, material staging for production, and the compliant transfer of materials through airlocks into controlled environments. Through precise ERP transactions, inventory support, and continuous optimization of storage locations, you contribute to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. With your strong attention to detail, commitment to GMP standards, and willingness to work in a flexible shift system, you help ensure that the right materials are available at the right place and time, every time.

Some area of responsibility will include:

• Material management in our cleanroom area, including the proper storage of materials and the stocking of Kanban materials.
• Preparation of materials for production and manage the relocation and internal transfer of production materials.
• Correct transfer (airlock/sluicing) of materials into the cleanroom and verify the return transfer of materials after production is complete.
• Optimization of storage locations and support the execution of inventories.
• Bookings in the ERP system (e.g., consumption, transfer postings).
• Adhere to GMP conditions and comply with high hygiene requirements, ensuring meticulous documentation.
• Willing to participate in a flexible shift system.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Completed technical vocational training (Berufslehre) or a qualification as a Logistics Specialist, coupled with practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and cleanroom environments.
• A strong affinity for material flows, meticulous storage practices, and maintaining a high hygiene standard.
• Experience in a GMP (Pharmaceutical) environment—specifically with cleanroom operations and material management—or a strong understanding of these processes, is required.
• Dedicated team player with very good German language skills (both written and spoken).
• Open to new ideas and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
• Flexibility and are motivated to continuously develop within our dynamic environment.
