Smoker Craft, Inc. is seeking a Plug Builder for our New Paris, IN plant. Starting pay is $26.61/hr, with potential to reach $28.61/hr after 60 days. The role runs Monday to Friday, 5 am to 1:30 pm, with 8-hour shifts.
You will fabricate plugs, translate blueprints into physical objects with hand and power tools, perform surface prep, lay up fiberglass, and ensure mold-ready quality. Requires 1–5 years in composite fabrication, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfortable reading technical drawings.
