Food Talent Solutions is conducting a search for a Process Technologist on behalf of a growing food manufacturer in Indiana.
This role will be responsible for process development, thermal processing optimization, product commercialization support, and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation. The Process Technologist will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and R&D teams to improve product quality, process efficiency, and food safety performance.
