Indian Summer in Ludington is seeking a qualified 2nd Shift Plant Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll influence production performance, equipment reliability and team development while partnering with company leadership to improve efficiency, reliability and plant performance.
You will drive safety, quality and environmental systems, lead large teams, and implement improvements across the plant. English is required;
Spanish skills are a plus.
