• Support technicians and mechanics in disassembling and assembling marine engine components.
• Handle tools and equipment as directed, ensuring proper usage and care.
• Provide general assistance to the repair team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Aid in setting up tools and equipment required for repairs.
• Track supplies, restock items as needed, and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward improving technical skills and understanding of the repair process.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in electronic/mechanical, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols.
• Good organizational skills to assist with parts, tools, and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technicians, mechanics, and team members.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in mechanical repairs.
• Willingness to travel as required for work assignments.
