Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

Your mission
  • Managing Kit List assigned by Leader in a timely manner
  • Integral part of the Home Team Planning Group, defining priorities and ensuring structured, predictable factory execution
  • Act as the final authority for race-event parts readiness and sub-assembly compliance
  • Engage with other Departments to define parts requirements, establish deadlines, and ensure the readiness of respective car components for Track events
  • Safeguard build freeze integrity and manage part allocation under tight deadlines
  • Identify, esc… ???
  • Liaise with logistics on late deliveries structure
  • Serve as liaison between PM, Quality, Production Engineering, Mechanical Production, Design Office, Procurement, Race Team, and Trackside Storeman
  • Ensure factory-trackside alignment on build status, configuration updates, and missing parts
  • Raise/Report Design Change Requests (DCR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Ensure SAP traceability, documentation compliance, and technical deviation control before race release
  • Proactive in process optimization, system integration, and feedback loops between factory and trackside operations
  • Support transition from manual to system-based planning tools and ensure long-term operational resilience
Your profile
  • Experience in car build and car assemblies
  • Experience in motor sport, automotive, or high-performance manufacturing operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a must
  • Strong negotiation, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic implementation skills
  • Understanding of track operations/dynamics
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • Maintains focus, accuracy, and composure under extreme time constraints
  • Proactive mindset and positive impact to team dynamics and hands-on
  • Flexible, resilient, reliable and solution oriented personality
  • Position might require weekends work if required by Leader
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
