** Roles and Responsibility:
**** Automation & Manufacturing Excellence
*** Lead automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and process reliability.
* Drive Industrial Engineering initiatives including Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, layout optimization, and process improvements.
* Identify opportunities for line balancing, productivity enhancement, headcount optimization, and low-cost automation.
* Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices, including Waste Reduction, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives.
** Production Operations
*** Coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational and production targets.
* Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing processes and support workplace organization and waste management initiatives.
** Team Leadership
*** Lead production teams and collaborate with cross-functional functions including Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse.
* Train and develop team members on SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices.
** Quality, Safety & Compliance
*** Ensure adherence to quality standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Drive corrective and preventive actions while fostering a strong culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance.
** Requirement:
*** Minimum 8 - 10 Yrs of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Industrial Engineering.
* B. E /
B.Tech as educational qualification
* Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED, and Continuous Improvement
* Hands-on experience in Automation and Digital Transformation projects
* Knowledge of Time & Motion Studies, MTM, MOST, and Process Optimization
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
* Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
