Position : Senior Merchandiser – Bed Linens And Madeups

QUALIFICATION :

DIPLOMA / DEGREE TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser who will be responsible for overseeing merchandising activities for the Bedlinen and Table linen product ranges. This includes sample submission, order management, production planning and communicating with buyers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Bedlinen and Table linen products, excellent communication, and leadership skills.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably in the textile industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in coordinating with international buyers and internal departments.
• Ability to prepare production planning data and Shipment plannings on every month.
• Perform daily operation ensuring the quality and delivery performance.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to handle critical situations.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP experience will be an advantage.

• To communicate directly with buyers also with the internal production team.
• To collect all order related document to the buyer for necessary action.
• To follow-up T & A on regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with right quality and quantity.
• Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality submit to the buyer for approval.
• Closely monitoring sampling approval process and on time provide to the client for approval.
• Critical path analyzes and meeting/informing at the right time with the buyer.
• PP meeting with the internal and external suppliers.

• To collect inventory report and review reconciliation statement before the shipment.
• Make a schedule for inspection with buying QA team.
• Coordinating with Exim team for space booking to shipping line and goods handover on time.
