What You’ll Do   As a Machine Operator - Tapping you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN.  You’ll get to:
* Starts machine and observes operation, making adjustments as needed.
* Gauging and checking parts for each catch pan, for conformance to specifications.
* Record and plot on SPC charts
* Record production on daily sheet
* Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines
* Must be able to work overtime
* Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Ability to work overtime as needed
* Mathematical ability and practical application of percentages and ratios
* Ability to read and write, effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to understand written, verbal or diagrammatical form of instructions
* Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach.
* Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.
