** Job Description
**** 1.  PRIMARY PURPOSE**
- Sand and wipe product on the finishing line.
** 2.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **
- ** 1.
** Perform sanding duties on the line using a sanding block or sanding sponge. (careful to sand with the grain of the wood)
** 2.
** Perform wiping duties on the line using a wiping rag. (Careful to wipe with the grain of the wood and checking for rag marks or drag marks)
** 3.
** Communicate with various departments and personnel.
** 4.
** Maintain production and quality standards.
** 5.
** Follow all safety rules, JSA and work instructions.
** 6.
** Perform all duties in a safe manner.
** 7.
** Actively participate with the natural work team.
** 8.
** Fix unsafe conditions if possible and report condition to supervisor.
** 9.
** Follow all environmental policies.
** 10.
** At minimum must be cross trained in job prior to and after current position in process flow.
** 3.  OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  -  Describe each marginal function (not essential to achieving the primary purpose) in the same manner as requested in Section 2 above.

** 4.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

Ability to read and understand move tickets.

Ability to sand and wipe all finishes.

Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.
