I’m currently partnered with a well-established food manufacturer on a search for a Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, and operational performance while developing a strong plant team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Lead end-to-end plant operations across production, maintenance, and quality fuctions
Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, labor efficiency and overall plant performance
Build and execute strategies to reduce downtime, scrap and operating costs
Lead Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives across the facility
Ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and food safety
- Proven track record improving cost, productivity and operational efficiency
- Experience leading manufacturing teams
