Pay: $75,000 per year
Location: Southern Indiana (Huntingburg / Vincennes region)
A hands-on Continuous Improvement Technician drives efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity improvements through data, process analysis, and frontline engagement.
Key responsibilities- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Conduct process observations, time studies, and workflow analyses
- Facilitate root-cause analysis, including 5 Whys and Fishbone
- Assist with Kaizen events and improvement projects
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions
- Track and report key performance indicators
- Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams
- Train employees on processes and continuous-improvement tools
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping
- Data analysis and reporting skills;
Microsoft Excel and Power BI - Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or operations preferred
- Three or more years in production or manufacturing with demonstrated improvement project delivery
- Experience with process design, validation, line balancing, and equipment capability; CAD or CMMS is a plus
