Responsibilities
Digital & E-Commerce Launch Leadership: Partner with Brand Managers to design and execute digital-first GTM plans for new launches under Revital & Prohance.Digital & E-Commerce Launch Leadership (continued): Coordinate with marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms for launch visibility, retail media plans, and content readiness.Brand storefronts & Digital Shelf Management: Build and refresh brand storefronts and manage digital shelf excellence.A+ Content, Listings & Digital Shelf Management: Own creation, optimization and governance of A+ content, enhanced brand content, and product detail pages across platforms.Creative & Content Development: Work with Creative, Copywriting & Design partners to develop images, videos, infographics, SEO-friendly copy, and comparison charts.Content Quality & Compliance: Benchmark competitor content regularly and maintain best-in-class listing hygiene. Ensure consistency of brand tonality and adherence to regulatory norms across all listings.Full-Funnel Digital Campaigns & Demand Generation: Plan and execute always-on & burst campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, You Tube, Amazon Ads, Influencers & Affiliates).Digital Ecosystem & Metrics: Build full-funnel digital ecosystems spanning Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention. Own performance marketing strategy for ecommerce & D2C: CPC, ROAS, new-to-brand recruitment, remarketing.Campaign Measurement: Collaborate with media agencies to track campaign effectiveness, viewability, CTR, conversions & revenue contribution.Influencer & Content Marketing: Identify, onboard and manage influencers, creators & category experts across formats (Reels, YT videos, product reviews).Influencer Strategy &
Collaboration:
Build influencer playbooks for new launches, RTBs and category stories. Manage barter, paid & affiliate-driven influencer collaborations.Performance Tracking: Track creator performance, content quality and downstream impact on awareness, consideration & sales.Brand Discoverability (Search, SEO, Platform Media & Content): Drive search optimization across Amazon, Flipkart, and Google (keyword research, ranking, bids, content strategy).Retail Media & Content: Enhance discoverability through retail media planning on Amazon, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ad Manager, Big Basket Ads etc.Content Marketing & UX: Leverage content marketing to boost organic visibility (blogs, videos, Q&A, review management & UGC).Organic Performance: Monitor organic rankings, share of search, and category shelf placement.Sales Analytics, Insights & ROI Measurement: Track platform-wise sales, traffic, conversions, ratings/reviews, and share metrics. Develop dashboards for weekly performance reviews: ROAS, CAC, ACOS (Amazon), NTB %, Product page conversion %, Review sentiment.Forecasting &
Collaboration:
Partner with finance & ecommerce teams for accurate forecasting and ROI benchmarking.Growth & Optimization: Identify growth levers using cohort analysis, funnel drop-offs, media efficiency and competitive pricing insights.Cross-Functional & External
Collaboration:
Work closely with Brand, E-com, Creative, Insights, Sales, SCM & Packaging teams to execute digital projects. Manage agencies across creative, performance media, influencer networks and platform partners.Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related fields.
Experience
78 years in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Marketing
Experience of designing and executing 360-degree digital marketing campaigns at scale
Demonstrable experience in translating consumer insights into memorable digital campaigns
Experience in identifying consumer journey touch points and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Deep understanding of the workings of digital platforms such as You Tube, Search, Meta, OTT etc.
- media buying, planning and user targeting options on these platforms
Demonstrable experience leading and managing Online Video campaigns, SEO/SEM, Influencer marketing social media and display/programmatic advertising campaigns
Experience of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns preferably for e-com business/D2C
Experience of building digital content for social media and website
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush) and social media listening tools (eg:
Radian6, Meltwater)…
