We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, utilizing a blend of digital and traditional marketing techniques. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, manage marketing automation tools, and coordinate with sales and product teams to optimize performance and ROI. - Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, print, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage SEO initiatives to improve website ranking and organic traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter, including paid advertising like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, segment audiences, and streamline campaign workflows.
- Create compelling content for blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and product descriptions using copywriting best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales efforts and B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Manage multichannel marketing campaigns including email marketing, e-commerce promotions, print advertising, and product management activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic planning.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Experience with Word Press development including HTML editing for website updates.
- Knowledge of social media platforms’ advertising tools such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms for campaign management.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
