We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. You will play a critical role in managing our stakeholders across the different BU's and driving customer engagement through effective strategies on Push Notification, Whats App, Email, SMS, RCS etc. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to deliver personalized and impactful communications, ensuring that the various metrics like CvR, CTR, Bounce, Unsubscribes etc.,

are always tracked with zero execution errors during campaign setup on Clever Tap/Moengage.

The role is within the Owned Media team for one of our key clients, serving as a central growth function across all their business units.

  • Central Growth Function:
    You will be required to design and execute customer- centric Owned Media campaigns across Push Notifications, Emails, Whats App & SMS/RCS. Leverage customer data and insights to drive targeted campaigns and personalized communications across various channels.
  • Campaign Management:
    Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to engage customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and achieve campaign objectives. Continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze Campaign data, study customer behavior, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and observe dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, CTRs & CVRs. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Resources
  • Work closely with team to ensure all campaigns are configured across channels
  • Ensure timely campaign curation and share tst screenshot with the larger team
  • Leverage customer data and insights to drive targeted campaigns and personalized communication across various channels
  • Analyze Campaign data, study customer behavior, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and observe dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, CTRs & CVRs
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attend regular stand ups organized by the our Team, twice a day
  • 6 day working week with weekends included on a roster basis
  • Be Available 24/7 for any contingency that may arise
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Any Graduate
  • Additionally, experience on tools like Gupshup, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Netcore etc are add ons
