- Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Provide care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
- Meet the communication needs of patient and family.
- Provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
- Maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedure sand standards.
- Communicate with provider and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
- Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification.
- Proficient in drawing blood for labs.
- Good customer service in daily operations of a busy clinic.
- Flexible and have the ability to multi task.
- Clinic office experience preferred.
- Experience with EHR preferred.
- Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English. (Additional languages preferred)
