Primary Care NP – Outpatient Workweek New Grads

A well-established multi-specialty medical group in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology NP (AGPCNP) to join its growing primary care team.

This is a full-time outpatient primary care role with a flexible 4–4.5 day clinic schedule
, strong physician collaboration, and long-term patient relationships in a community-focused setting.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct wellness exams and preventive screenings
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
• Collaborate with physicians and specialty providers
• Build long-term patient relationships

• Primary care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong bedside manner and patient-centered approach

• $120,000–$130,000 annual salary
• Flexible 4–4.5 clinic days per week
