RN Supervisor-Nightshift

Full-time Nursing Supervisor position offers a 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM schedule, working three days weekly with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a $3.50/hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include overseeing and supervising nursing care for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and meeting residents’ medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. The role involves supervising staff, administering medications and IV therapy, conducting resident rounds, and assisting in care planning and staff training.

• Licensed RN with at least one year of long‑term care experience
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
