Geriatric Hospitalist NP​/PA No On-Call

Join our growing healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Owen, Wisconsin.

We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in acollaborative, team-based environment.

Additional Opportunities Nationwide: Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and PRNopportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
• Access Up To Date ® forreal-time clinical guidance

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
