Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on that shift, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Valid RN license in the state of Indiana
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
