Nurse Practitioner

We're looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner with SNF experience who's passionate about helping the geriatric population. You'll collaborate with our Physiatrists to deliver high-quality care in Skilled Nursing Facilities while developing independence in the role.

You'll enjoy

Working in a physician-owned practice where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes, participating in continuous education opportunities, having administrative support, and maintaining work-life balance with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule.

You must be

Licensed as an NP in New York State, have 1-2 years of SNF experience (Physiatry experience optional), possess strong collaborative skills, demonstrate clinical excellence, and be comfortable functioning autonomously as you grow.
