Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a provider with strongwound care experience who is committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes.
- Assess,diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds
- Develop and implement wound care treatment plans
- Performwound evaluations and follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on wound management and healing
- Documentcare accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
- Woundcare experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Abilityto work independently in an outpatient clinic setting
- Supportivemulti-specialty practice environment
