Pay rate - based on years of experience.

What you'll do:
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor resident conditions and report changes. Support and guide CNAs in daily care tasks. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
