Lead RN​/LPN – Direct Care & Shift Leadership

The Mccormick-S-Creek-Rehabilitation-and-Healthcare-Cente seeks an LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards, guiding staff on shift and coordinating care with physicians.
