• Ensuring compliance with all laboratory guidelines and active collaboration in laboratory operations
• Carrying out tests on various foods using microbiological and molecular biological methods
• Maintaining and managing laboratory data in the Limsophy system
• Manufacture of culture media and carrying out incoming goods inspections
• Carrying out general cleaning and hygiene work in the laboratory, including autoclaving, disinfecting and maintenance work, etc.
• Maintenance, control and monitoring of laboratory equipment and test equipment
• Management of laboratory stocks

• Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ specialising in microbiology or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in the laboratory and good GLP knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office and LIMS
• Team player, open and communicative personality
• Flexible working hours and willingness to work sporadically at weekends
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working
• Customer- and service-orientated thinking and acting
