CQV Lead (Laboratory Instruments

This position will lead the coordination and execution of a large laboratory equipment deployment initiative within a pharmaceutical manufacturing and research environment. The successful candidate will oversee equipment onboarding activities, work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensure laboratory systems are installed, qualified, and operational according to project requirements. This role requires balancing technical understanding with leadership responsibilities, including managing vendor resources and facilitating communication between subject matter experts, automation teams, and equipment providers.

The position is ideal for a professional with extensive experience supporting laboratory startup, expansion, or equipment commissioning programs.

  Significant experience with analytical laboratory equipment in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments, including exposure to equipment installation and startup activities
• .Proven people leadership and vendor management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive project execution
• .Strong understanding of equipment qualification, commissioning, validation, or related laboratory implementation processes
