Quality Assurance - QA/QC
At the Basel site, you can expect a varied job in Quality management in our Seafood division at Bell Switzerland Ltd, where you will take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping quality. With your eye for detail, your structured way of working and your understanding of food safety, you will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
At the same time, you will work closely with various specialist departments, contribute your ideas and make an important contribution to the continuous development of our processes and standards.

- Assessment of product quality, calibration, Packing and compliance with specifications
- Processing complaints and monitoring and implementing measures
- Carrying out ongoing checks within the production processes (on approx. two Saturday mornings per month)
- Checking and creating specifications and maintaining relevant documentation
- Supporting plant tours, hygiene inspections and sampling in the plant
- Organisation of test plans and Analytics as well as collaboration in the further development of quality-relevant processes
- Collaboration with internal interfaces and support for managers on topics relating to product safety and hygiene
- You have completed training and/or studies in the food sector, ideally supplemented by initial professional experience in a food-producing company
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as an affinity for IT and knowledge of SAP round off your profile
- Fluency in German and a good knowledge of French are additional qualifications
- Structured, precise and independent way of working combined with networked thinking and solution-orientation
- Confident handling of stressful situations and enjoy working independently
- Willingness to work two Saturday mornings per month and to compensate during the week
