We are seeking certified Visual Inspection Trainers to support our finished product inspection operations for vials and syringes
. This urgent role involves overseeing inspection activities, recertifying new inspectors, and ensuring the efficient use of inspection kits in a fast-growing facility.
- Conduct and oversee visual inspections of finished products (vials and syringes).
- Recertify new inspectors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain 100% utilization of inspection kits.
- Support operations in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Assist in stabilizing inspection processes and workflows.
- Must be certified in visual inspection specifically for vials and syringes.
- Experience with finished product defect identification.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/5 operation.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
- Experience writing SOPs from scratch.
- Leadership skills to support and stabilize operations.
