Quality Manager

Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager who is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System to ensure products are consistently manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable safety and quality standards.

Position Details: Full time – 5/8 schedule (7:30AM-3:30PM) – In Person Only

Additional Duties
  • Coordinates controlled documentation, records, and change management activities to ensure accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Works cross‑functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering to support production quality, resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and interface with external auditors and certification bodies.
  • Owns, maintains, and continuously improves the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, including document control, records management, change control, internal audits, corrective actions, and management review support.
  • Coordinate and control quality‑related documentation across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accuracy, traceability, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Works cross‑functionally with Manufacturing and Engineering to support production quality, investigate quality issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions that improve process reliability and repeatability.
  • Supports manufacturing floor operations by overseeing quality‑related process controls and programs, including ESD administration and other safeguards necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, product quality, efficiency, and compliance with established quality standards.
  • Interfaces with external auditors, testing laboratories, and certification bodies (e.g., UL, CE, MIL‑STD, TUV, NRTL organizations) to support product certifications, surveillance audits, and customer or regulatory quality requirements.
  • Provides quality‑related support to business operations as needed, including documentation accuracy, audit preparation, and coordination of quality activities, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, manufacturing, quality, or business‑related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
  • 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with demonstrated responsibility for quality, documentation, or process control functions.
  • Prior experience supporting or maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including participation in internal and/or external audits.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations and ISO 9001‑based quality systems, including document control, internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions to support quality, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including effective use of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to interface with internal teams and external auditors or certification bodies.
