Quality and Measurement Technology Specialist; m​/f​/d - position On Site Cel

Overview

Celeroton is a growing, dynamic and world-leading deep-tech company based in Volketswil. The company develops, produces and sells ultra-high-speed turbo compressors with gas bearings and matching inverters. The products are used worldwide in space, semiconductor industry, cryogenics and process technology among other applications.

• Quality Assurance for Incoming Goods:
  Assessing and approving nonconformities and addressing supplier quality issues in consultation with Quality Management and development engineers
• Participation in quality assurance and the continuous improvement process in internal assembly, including maintaining the associated work instructions and resolving quality issues
• Responsible for high-precision measurement processes (e.g. measuring microscope, pneumatic measurement technology, light bar micrometer, ultrasonic measuring devices, coordinate measuring machine), including performing measurement tasks
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of test plans and test processes
• Collaborating on the improvement of quality assurance processes

• Passion for production processes and measurement technology
• Engaging personality with a “can-do” attitude, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade and get things done
• In-depth knowledge of the production processes for mechanical components and the assembly of mechatronic systems
• Basic technical training (EFZ) (e.g. Polymechanic, Automation Technician, or comparable) as well as advanced training as a Process Technician (HF), Mechanical Engineering Technician (HF), or comparable higher technical education
• Experience operating coordinate measuring machines such as the ZEISS Dura Max is a plus
• Interest in mechatronic and electronic assemblies and their production processes is a plus
• Good written and spoken German;
  English is a plus
