Manager, Quality Leader Management Systems

We are looking for a passionate, quality-driven, and highly collaborative Manager, Quality Leader Management Systems to lead and continuously improve our Quality & Food Safety Management System across the brewery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and continuously improve the brewery's Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, GFSI requirements, and Carlsberg Quality Standards.
  • Drive food safety and quality excellence by establishing robust governance, risk assessment processes, validation programs, and preventive controls across the brewery.
  • Lead all internal and external audits, including certification, customer, regulatory, and food safety audits, ensuring continuous audit readiness and sustainable closure of findings.
  • Champion food safety, hygiene, and risk management initiatives across raw materials, brewing, packaging, utilities, and finished goods operations.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve product quality, consumer satisfaction, and operational performance.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and capability development to Quality teams and cross-functional stakeholders on quality systems, food safety, compliance, and best practices.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Regional Quality teams to strengthen quality culture and business performance.
  • Support supplier quality management activities, including supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Lead quality-related improvement projects and Carlsberg Excellence initiatives, driving standardization, waste reduction, GMP improvements, and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
