ECHO Consulting Group seeks an experienced Quality professional to lead a team responsible for nonconformance investigations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Lead and provide technical direction to a team conducting Nonconformance / Deviation Investigations
• Ensure investigations are thorough, timely, scientifically sound, and compliant
• Provide oversight of root cause analysis, impact assessments, and CAPA development
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams
• Review and approve investigation reports and ensure appropriate documentation
• Identify recurring issues and drive opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coach and develop investigators, strengthening investigation quality and consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Significant experience in Pharmaceutical Quality
• Strong experience leading or performing Nonconformance / Deviation Investigations
• Solid knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
• Drug Substance experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to guide and develop technical teams
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
