Quality Control Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quality Control (QC) Analyst to support laboratory testing and quality control activities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments. This role is well suited for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in analytical testing, laboratory operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR
  , and other analytical equipment.
• Follow applicable GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) requirements during laboratory activities.
• Accurately record, review, and maintain test results in laboratory notebooks, worksheets, LIMS, and electronic systems.
• Assist with analytical method validation, verification, instrument calibration, and equipment qualification activities.
• Support investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) laboratory results and assist with appropriate documentation.
• Participate in stability testing programs
  , sample management, and environmental monitoring activities as assigned.
• Support laboratory investigations, deviations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Manufacturing, R&D, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Internship, academic, or laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences quality control
  .
• Basic hands-on exposure to HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR
  , or other analytical testing techniques.
• Familiarity with data integrity principles
  , including ALCOA/ALCOA+ concepts.
• Basic understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and electronic records/electronic signatures requirements.
• Familiarity with LIMS, electronic laboratory systems
  , or other computerized laboratory applications.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, analytical thinking, and laboratory safety practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a regulated laboratory environment.
