Scale Up Technician

As a Scale Up Technician, you will support research and development and production activities by operating equipment, maintaining safe work practices, collecting process data, and assisting with quality assurance activities. This entry-level role provides hands‑on training in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety compliance, and continuous improvement while building foundational technical skills in a fast‑paced operational environment. Working closely with engineers and production teams, you will contribute to trial execution, equipment maintenance, and process optimization efforts while supporting the company's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to support production and scale‑up activities.
• Perform equipment inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Collect, record, and verify process and quality data to support operational and engineering teams.
• Inspect finished goods and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards to support a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, lockout/tagout practices, and incident reporting processes.
• Assist with implementing approved process changes and responding to operational issues within established guidelines.
• Participate in training and development activities to build technical knowledge and operational capability.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, equipment operation, or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience working in a safety‑focused environment is preferred.

• The compensation range that is described below is the possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith that it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on job grade for the position. Hourly Rate - $21.00 per hour
