Postdoctoral Position in Computational Biology
The Chen Lab, in the Departments of Physics and Biochemistry and the Institute for Data Science and Informatics at the University of Missouri‑Columbia, is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill a postdoctoral position. The primary focus of the position is to develop biophysical and machine learning models for RNA‑targeted drug discovery and RNA structure prediction.
Requirements: (a) A PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field. (b) Demonstrated strength in computational studies with proficiency in programming. (c) Demonstrated familiarity with machine learning techniques.
