A postdoctoral position in the Douglas Black Laboratory at UCLA is available to study pre-mRNA splicing mechanisms in mammalian cells. The successful candidate will work with a range of approaches including RNA/protein biochemistry, genomics, bioinformatics, and structural biology.
Applicants with biochemical/structural biology expertise are favored; opportunities exist to apply for fellowships, supervise students, and contribute to manuscript preparation under NIH guidelines.
