Helmsman Group is seeking Food Scientists to join our food and beverage innovation team. You will lead development projects across confectionery, proteins, beverages, meat, pet products and supplements, sourcing ingredients and validating formulations.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s in Food Science or related field with at least 2 years of R&D experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to scale bench projects to client needs. Relocation to Portland, OR is expected.
