Un groupe de restaurants italiens recherche un(e) Chef(fe) de Partie pour assurer la préparation et l'envoi des plats selon les standards. Le poste exige une bonne maîtrise des normes HACCP et une expérience confirmée. Vous superviserez les commis, gérerez les stocks et participerez à la formation des nouvelles recrues. Offrant un environnement dynamique et une culture de progression, le groupe valorise passion et respect du produit.
Contrat à durée indéterminée, 5 jours de travail, 5 semaines de vacances payées.
