Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Familiarize yourself with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and pre‑bussing of tables.
• Clean and set each table completely before going to another.
• Clear all dirty dishes, wipe table with clean cloth, clean ashtrays, wipe booths and chairs. Reset table completely and properly.
• Stock service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
• Keep restaurant clean, floors, carpet, service stations, etc.
• Handle all silver, glass and china in a sanitary manner, from the handles of silverware and cups to the bottom of glasses.
• Assist wait persons, if possible. Never neglect own duties to get beverages, for Wait Persons.
• Never pick up money or guest checks from tables.
• Supply the sidestand with bulk supplies.
• Empty garbage from the sidestand areas.
• Remove condiments and reusables from bus carts.
• Break down side station.
• Perform related tasks as dictated by your supervisor.
• Maintain and clean coffee urns.
• Maintain milk dispenser, juice machine, iced tea machine, soda dispenser and clean dispensing units, as needed.
• Ensure all stations are clean and stocked before the end of shift.
• Must provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
• Performs related work as requested.

EXPERIENCE: Previous bussing experience helpful.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.

SKILLS: Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well‑groomed manner. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with guests and staff. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. MMS and Micros experience preferred.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Clark County Health Card.
