Responsibilities- Answer incoming room service calls and process food orders accurately, courteously and efficiently.
- Responsible for opening register, preparing and completing all paperwork for assigned outlet in an organized manner.
- Responsible for the pick‑up, count down, and return of the cash bank.

- Maintain accurate cash balance and handles money in a secure manner according to established standards.
- Handle forms and equipment necessary to complete settlement of credit cards, coupons, and room charges.
- Responsible for learning and being familiar with all of the property room outlets, cashier functions, and for being able to answer general questions regarding the property.
- Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
- Must perform courteous and friendly service to all guests and team members.
- Perform related work as requested.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience with multi‑line phone system preferred and room service ordering systems.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
SKILLS: Excellent communication skills. Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to perform basic math. Type 35 wpm. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.
