Job Overview
Job Description Plans, manages, and directs retail store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods, financials, and personnel. As a volume-based position, grading is dependent on maintaining sales in accordance with published Volume Standards.

- Or Bachelor's degree and one year of retail management experience within the last five years.
- Work – Onsite (Fort Benjamin Harrison)
- PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.
$47,396.00
Major Duties- Oversees the operations of a retail branch store.
- Establishes financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory.
- Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Extended Duty Hours / Varying Work Schedules
- Shift Work 24/7 365 days/year
