Store Manager; m​/f​/d

Carhartt WIP is part of WIP Trading AG. Our family‑owned group began in the early 1990s as the licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt. Since then, we have developed our own collections based on classic workwear originals.

For our new store in Landquart, we are looking for you as Store Manager (m/f/d).

• Overall responsibility for store operations and its financial performance
• Achievement of sales targets through training, coaching, and providing feedback to the sales team
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Implementation of promotions, sales strategies, and visual merchandising guidelines in line with company standards
• Handling all administrative store tasks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintaining impeccable store conditions in accordance with the company’s visual merchandising standards
• Analysis and reporting of sales trends, customer needs, revenue, and profitability
• Responsibility for inventory and stock management

• Several years of experience in retail management in a comparable store size
• Strong interest in the fashion industry as well as current market and trend developments
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Experience in visual merchandising and inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured and well‑organised working style
• High level of service orientation and strong quality awareness
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
