About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical, commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager & Data Analyst with experience in fashion—or the proven ability to apply strong e‑commerce expertise to the luxury fashion industry.
This is a strategic and hands‑on role for someone who thrives on numbers, understands consumer behavior in premium segments, and can translate data into decisive business action. The ideal candidate is dynamic, flexible, and confident in making important commercial decisions based on insights.
A willingness to relocate to the Engadine Valley and work on‑site daily in St. Moritz, Switzerland is essential.
Key Responsibilities: E‑Commerce Management- Own and manage the entire Shopify ecosystem (front‑end, back‑end, apps, integrations, UX optimization).
- Oversee all aspects of the online store: merchandising, product uploads, pricing, inventory accuracy, and performance optimization.
- Ensure seamless functionality, continuous improvement, and brand consistency across the platform.
- Track all key KPIs daily (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sell‑through, margin, CAC, LTV, retention).
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
- Build data‑driven strategies to improve profitability and growth.
- Lead buying decisions based on performance data, historical trends, and market intelligence.
- Analyze sell‑through, inventory turnover, and margin performance.
- Forecast demand and optimize stock levels accordingly.
- Study competitors and the luxury fashion market daily to refine assortment and pricing strategies.
- Develop and execute newsletter strategy (content calendar, segmentation, performance tracking).
- Coordinate newsletter creation and deployment.
- Build and optimize customer retention strategies (CRM flows, repeat purchase programs, loyalty initiatives).
- Continuously optimize conversion and retention funnels.
- Conduct daily analysis of competitors and the global luxury fashion landscape.
- Identify emerging brands, pricing shifts, product trends, and digital innovations.
- Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Manage and supervise the customer service specialist.
- Initiate and lead growth‑focused projects.
- Act as a key decision‑maker, balancing analytical rigor with commercial instinct.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive performance and operational excellence.
- 3–7+ years in e‑commerce, digital commerce, or online retail management.
- Experience in fashion, premium retail, or demonstrated ability to adapt to luxury fashion.
- Strong analytical background with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (experience with BI tools is a plus).
- Hands‑on experience managing a Shopify store.
- Extremely numbers‑driven and detail‑oriented.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Comfortable making high‑impact decisions independently.
- Highly organized with strong execution skills.
- Flexible, dynamic, and solution‑oriented.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior in premium or aspirational markets.
