Part Time Merchandiser

Merchandiser – Off Premise (OFP)

Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or until work is completed.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour.

Weekly pay on Fridays.

• Ensure assigned customer accounts are consumer‑ready by stocking, rotating, and refilling shelves, cold boxes, and displays.
• Maintain product freshness and compliance with rotation policies.
• Record and track out‑of‑stock (OOS) events with coaches/leadership.
• Build displays and place signage and other merchandising items to maximize visibility.
• Price all Andrews SKUs appropriately and monitor visibility standards.
• Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
• Report product breakage to the manager.
• Complete and document retail calls with signatures, providing feedback to Account Manager, District Sales Manager (DSM) and/or Key Account Manager (KAM).
• Scan accounts for merchandising opportunities and pairings with Andrews’ portfolio.

• High School Graduate or equivalent certificate.
• Current valid driver license.
• Previous experience in distribution, consumer product goods (CPG), or beer industry.
• Advanced communication skills.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Pull or push loads up to 55 lbs; lift and place products up to 55 lbs.
• Perform repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, turning, and pivoting.
• Tolerate indoor and outdoor temperatures, noise, and crowded environments.
• Operate facility equipment and use a personal computer for communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Speak, hear, and see to communicate with employees and operate computers and machinery.
• Drive during the workday and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and best practices.
