7-Eleven is seeking an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to oversee 12–14 store locations and drive store performance. You will train and develop Store Leaders, implement merchandising programs, and ensure excellent customer service while controlling cash and inventory.
This 12‑month training program includes hands-on multi-unit operations experience, a company vehicle upon appointment, and a path to senior operations roles across the district.
