What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage assigned sales territory for Specialty products and establish new distribution channels
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and create effective sales strategies
  • Conduct business reviews with distribution management and support sales plans with visits
  • Analyze distribution sales coverage and ensure competency through training
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in managing distribution orders and sales forecasts
