Position OverviewAs a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships in the beauty, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics sectors. You will promote Baldan Group’s aesthetic products and technologies and work closely with clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists, and dentists to drive brand growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Promote Baldan Group’s aesthetic products and technologies.
- Work closely with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists, and dentists to drive brand growth.
- Expand client base through account management.
- Promote and sell devices and consumables.
- Provide business growth support (treatment menu optimization, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams for installations and training.
- Ensure fast responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).
- Proven success with medical clinics, med‑spas, or beauty centers.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) and Mapsly.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
