Territory Manager:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced dental sales representative to join this ever-growing team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the customer base within your designated region. You will be responsible for managing relationships once onboarded, but with the focus remaining on generating new business partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sales background with at least some experience in the dental sector, and a passion for promoting innovative dental implant solutions to practices and professionals.
This role requires someone who can thrive independently in a fast-paced, expanding environment.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet sales goals and grow market share for dental implant portfolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including dentists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and lab technicians.
- Deliver product education through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Drive customer growth by identifying new prospects, onboarding new clients, and supporting existing accounts.
- Maintain strong product expertise to provide technical support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating exhibits, seminars, and clinical events that promote product demand.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-3+ years of successful sales experience in the dental industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven success in hitting sales targets and strong negotiation & closing abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence dental professionals.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Experience in dental sales and digital workflows is a plus.
- Full driver’s license and willingness to travel.
