• As a Chronic Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting antidiabetic and cardiovascular drugs to healthcare professionals, ensuring that our products are well-represented in the medical community.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products to doctors and healthcare providers. You will also be responsible for collecting orders from chemist shops and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase product reach within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure long-term business success.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions to the management team.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives, and to share best practices.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
